Our salty croffles are freshly prepared from high-quality dough pieces in pretzel, wholemeal or butter varieties. We bake them in a special croffle iron and spread them with handmade mousses and toppings. Chicken teriyaki, Swiss salmon, Grisons raw ham, antipasti – we have the perfect croffle for every taste.
Sweet & Salty Croffles
Our unique croffles, a combination of croissant and waffle, are also available with homemade sweet mousses, cream and ice cream. Whether with chocolate sauce, raspberries, mascarpone mousse or classic with powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar, they simply taste uniquely good.
The Pförtnerhaus
The gatehouse, over 100 years old and lovingly renovated, this unique building offers an exciting mix of café-bar and bistro in the middle of the Gellert. It is located directly at Hardstrasse 43 and is easily accessible by streetcar line 14.
