Exhibition Traces
The exhibition Traces combines two central works by artist Annika Rhea, both of which explore the relationship between movement, energy and presence in space. The title reflects what her work leaves behind: traces – visible, tangible, resonant.
At the center of the exhibition are new works that were created in direct dialogue with their surroundings. The works are an expression of an intensive exchange between body and music.
These works are complemented by the minimalist line series “Kinetic Flow”, in which Rhea translates energetic movement into abstract compositions.

About
Annika Rhea is a New York based artist inspired by the relationship between movement, color, rhythm and emotion. She is the creator of Body Medium, a technique that uses the body in motion as a painting tool. Her work combines visual art and music with the environment.
Annika Rhea has worked with famous musicians and videographers worldwide. She creates abstract paintings and performs in galleries, festivals and charity galas. Annika Rhea has presented her work during Miami Art Week, Scope Art Fair, Art Basel Switzerland, Hamptons Fine Art Fair, Clio Art Fair, Art With Me Miami and Brooklyn Fashion Week, among others.
