Next spring the time has come: the Pförtnerhaus will become the stage for Simon and Michel, who will present their “swiss kitchen” on five evenings as passionate sturgeon chefs. A touch of tradition enters our urban café-bar when Swiss classics, inspired by Grosi’s cuisine, find their way onto your plate.

Classically interpreted and with a passion for detail

The idea for this special culinary experience was born – how could it be more fitting – during an evening of Jass together. With a lot of passion and a pinch of nostalgia, Simon and Michel will make you enjoy traditional Swiss dishes, classically interpreted and prepared with a passion for detail. Exactly as you have come to know and love them from an early age.

All dishes are served with a matching starter and a homemade dessert.
