The Croffle and Raclette Bike for your event
With our bike, we prepare croffles or Gletscherraclette right at your event, be it a wedding, a company party or a summer apéro. We agree the menu with you and bring the croffle irons, toppings and crew.
How it works
We come to you
We bake the croffles on site in the croffle iron and top them sweet, savoury or both, with our homemade mousses. You choose the selection with us; we bring everything, crew included.
Cheese instead of croffles
As the Raclette Bike, we melt Gletscherraclette from Sennerei Pontresina on site and serve it with potatoes and cornichons. The Raclette Bike is available all year, for Christmas dinners as well as summer parties.

Send us your date, location and number of guests. The form opens a pre-filled email to hello@pfoertnerhaus.ch, which you then send from your email app. We usually reply within one to two working days with a quote.

How much does the Croffle Bike cost?
The price depends on date, location, number of guests and menu. Send us an enquiry via the form and we'll prepare an individual quote.
How many guests does the Croffle Bike work for?
It works best from around 20 guests. For larger events, we plan the service and crew with you.
Does the Croffle Bike travel outside Basel?
Yes, we cover the region too. Travel and logistics are included in the quote; just enter your event location in the form.
What's the difference between the Croffle Bike and the Raclette Bike?
It's the same bike with two menus: freshly baked croffles or melted Gletscherraclette from Sennerei Pontresina. A combination is available on request.
Do you need power or infrastructure on site?
We'll agree the connections and space we need with you before booking. Tell us in your enquiry where your event takes place, indoors or outdoors.
