Wondering what a croffle is? We asked ourselves exactly this question a few months ago and went on a search. Our journey has taken us across Europe, from Paris to Berlin, from Basel to Brussels. The result: we have revealed the secret of the croffles and are now sharing it with you!

This summer we are once again serving the legendary glacier fondue in the garden. Made in the Engadin from regional cheese, matured with great care and attention to detail.

The gatehouse, over 100 years old and lovingly renovated, this unique building offers an exciting mix of café-bar, agency and neighborhood meeting place in the middle of the Gellert. It is located directly at Hardstrasse 43 and is easily accessible by streetcar line 14.
