When you visit the website, we collect technically necessary data (IP address, browser type, date and time of visit, pages viewed). For online reservations (Centralplanner) and for requests you send us by email (including via the pre-filled request emails on the event venue and Croffle Bike pages), we process the data you provide (name, email, phone, event details) to handle your request.

We use technically necessary cookies as well as cookies for web analytics (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4). You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser at any time.

4. Third-party services

We use the following services: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (web analytics, Google Ireland Ltd.) and Centralplanner (online reservations). When using these services, personal data may be transferred to third countries; the providers use standard contractual clauses.

5. Hosting

The website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., with European data centres). Server log data is only stored for a short time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability regarding your personal data. Contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

7. Status of this policy
